Pilates for Pregnancy coming in SEPTEMBER 2008!

Please contact me to register interest for the forthcoming Pilates for Pregnancy classes. These are suitable for new mothers or mums to be, but of paramount importance is that you discuss any exercise with your doctor. If you have never done Pilates before, it is not recommended that you take up a new activity in your first trimester however once in your second trimester we can ensure that your exercises are tailored correctly and adapted if necessary. Please read our FAQs for more information.

You may already be part of the normal classes, however you may wish to be with other mums to be or new mothers. Either way, Pilates can be a wonderful way of helping to prepare you for childbirth and motherhood.
